Invoice and Shipping Information
Pepper's will calculate freight charges based on delivery address and weight of combined products. This information will not be determined immediately upon order placement. Therefore, following each order placed, as shipping charges are determined, the customer will receive a revised invoice, noting total charges, including shipping costs. A confirmation email will then be required from the customer in order to process the order. We will NOT complete and charge for any orders that are not confirmed following the revised invoice sending. Please make sure you respond as soon as possible, so we can process your order in a timely manner.
